You will be offered a variety of suggestions and perspectives, be asked thought provoking questions and be listened to with acceptance and compassion. You will also be offered any combination of talking, psychodrama, emotional freedom technique™, guided imagery, meditation and discussion of spirituality and 12-step philosophy to support and assist you in accomplishing your goals. We will also develop concrete actions steps for you to take between sessions to help you to accomplish your goals.
Focusing on the “here and now” of the therapy and interactions is invaluable. I strongly encourage my clients to raise any concerns they may have about the therapeutic process and/or about how I am facilitating sessions. By enhancing assertiveness in sessions it is enhanced outside of sessions.|
